Cancellations and Refunds

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance when you book your safari. Please consider the following and contact us if you need recommendations.
Delayed baggage can be especially frustrating and unfortunately does happen especially if you have 2 or more connecting flights. Please don't think this is a problem peculiar to African airports, just think of Heathrow Terminal 5 in 2008. Most insurance companies will reimburse you for the purchase of additional clothing if your baggage is delayed for 24 hours or more. They will also track your luggage saving you hours of frustrating phone calls. This is a huge benefit and we strongly recommend you purchase insurance.
